MP Fast Date® is a cyclic event aimed at all companies and individuals operating in the MICE sector and interested in expanding both their knowledge about the market and the scope of their contacts. Organised for six years across Poland by the MeetingPlanner.pl portal, the discussed meetings are increasingly popular among representatives of event agencies and corporate clients, as well as venues and services dedicated to the meetings market. The essence of MP Fast Date® involves individual B2B meetings between planners and subcontractors presenting their offer. Other essential ingredients focus on networking, education, sharing experiences and establishing relations.
 
The MP Fast Date® meetings are an innovative, comfortable and specific form of trade fairs dedicated to the MICE industry.

Participants

All representatives of event agencies, travel bureaus specialising in business tourism, companies organising conferences, congresses and training meetings, as well as meeting planners employed in corporations are welcome to become involved in MP Fast Date®. Each participant must complete a two-stage registration, which verifies if his business profile corresponds to the meeting’s character. Each MP Fast Date® is preceded by a nationwide campaign promoting the event and targeted at the group of event organisers.

Conditions of participating in MP Fast Date®
360 EUR netto
The listed price applies to registration complete by 1 November 2018. Registration fee after 2 November 2018 amounts to 396 EUR net.

Each company participating in the event is entitled to:  a table for B2B meetings during the business part; lunch, dinner and participation in an evening mixer; a contact list of all event participants. All of these benefits are guaranteed for maximum two company representatives. The number of participants does not impact the participation fee.
